I highly recommend everybody visit restaurant "Garbuzik" in ancient Podol district of Kiev. They have traditional central Ukrainian dishes. I was there with one my tourist and we ate Poltavian vareniky. The best vareniky I ever ate))

And at least third day.
Day -off Kiev. It enouth modern sivilication. Just 20 minuts drive from Kiev and you appear in Ukraine 200 hundred yaers ago. Three hundred ancient rural huts, collected from all over Ukraine can see in a national museum Pirogovo. The majority of them were moved to the museum and then reconstructed. Huts, wooden churches, water and wind mills, also clothes, kitchen utensils dating back to the period of 17th beginning of the 20th century give to every visitor a realistic impression of the travel in time.
it reproduces different regions of Ukraine with real size replicas, you will go through creeks and forrest. and there are several areas for picnic where you can also buy food.
You can hear traditional Ukrainian music played on ancient instruments and watch Ukrainian craftsmen at work making traditional Ukrainian handicrafts.

Second day;

We go to ancient famous monastery Kiev-Pechersk Lavra.
The monastery was set up in the mid 11-th century A.D. It is one of the most ancient Eastern Slavonic monasteries. We will also visit the underground labyrinths of the caves where we can find the mummified bodies of monks.
Monks live in monastery and in monastery cafe don’t miss test delicious monastery bakery.
After – quite walk to beautiful rose’s valley and enjoying the view over the gold-domed monastery complex and marvelous banks of Dnipro river.
In the evening there run magic divine service in the huge Assumption cathedral. It really worth take a look Monastery famous by it golden interior and its chore.
In addition, we can visit the Museum of Treasures, home to the rich Scythian Gold collection and collection of the Judaic ritual silver objects from the 18th to 20th centuries and the Museum of Microminiatures. Or walk to the huge Motherland Monument.

We will pass Kiev Russ time with it amazing creators - St. Michael's Golden-Domed Monastery, st. Sophia cathedral, and Golden gate. During the tour break you can drink tradition Kyiv-Russ tea in local authentic restaurant..
