Murchison falls national park : It is the oldest and largest safari park in Uganda, Murchison Falls National Park is one of the most visited Uganda safari destinations visited by many travelers across the world. It was developed in 1952 and in this era it was first park to be established in Uganda followed by Queen Elizabeth National Park. Murchison Falls National Park is home to over 51 amphibians, about 144 mammals and 51 reptile species and over 556 colorful bird species. Besides the stunning wild animals and birds, this safari destination hosts a diversity of breath taking attractions namely; the mighty magical Murchison Falls – which is one of the most beautiful waterfall in Uganda, mesmerizing landscapes, intriguing waterbodies among others.

The historical place Amabere ga nyina mwiru is a cave located 10 kilometers from Fortportal town in western part of Uganda. These are stalagmites and stalactites which the Batoro who inhabit this region have historical stories attached to their information hence local name means breast of nyina mwiru.

Did you know cheetahs can’t roar? The ability to roar is made possible by two-piece hyoid bone in the throat and the only cats which have them are lions, tiger, leopards and jaguars but it can bark, hiss, growl, purr but not roar. Cheetahs are famous for being the fastest land mammal on earth.
They are solitary animals but can be found in small groups that are called coalition, cheetahs are diurnal which means you have good chance of seeing them in action when you go for a game drive.

The most distinguishable feature in their tear marks the black lines that run from the corner of their eye to the mouth. Cheetahs are large cat native to Africa they are lightly built spotted cat characterized by a small rounded head, deep chest long thin legs and it’s known for its speed.
