🐾 Exciting News from Bwindi! 🦍

At Destination Jungle, we’re thrilled to share some heartwarming news from the heart of Bwindi Impenetrable National Park — two new baby mountain gorillas have been born! 🎉🌿

🍼 One precious infant was born into the Nkuringo family to mother KWITONDA, growing the group to 16 members.
🍼 Another arrived in the Busingye family, with proud mom BIZULU welcoming the newest member, raising the group’s count to 15.

Both mothers and their newborns are in great health, and we couldn’t be happier to witness this milestone in Uganda’s continued success in gorilla conservation.

These births are a testament to the strength of community-led conservation efforts and the positive impact of responsible tourism. With your support, Uganda continues to shine as a global leader in protecting mountain gorillas.
