Incredible NEW experience for us at NorthStar Tours at the CTC Conservation Center! YEP! We got to pet baby lions! feed zebras! and hold an iguana that only comes from Galapagos islands! The croc killed 3 people in the Nile, so he was sent to this facility where he and his late baby momma produced the babies you see us holding! Our visitors will have a chance to experience these amazing animal encounters!

It was created for and employs our OWN GRADS! We are DREAMING OUT LOUD! One year ago we bought the property for our FUTURE CLINIC. You see the before and after pics of its development. Our next GOAL is to renovate the FRONT building followed by the biggest aspiration - outfitting the clinic, lab and pharmacy. By sharing, giving, praying, and using our company for your travel needs, you can truly help us reach our goals, and we gladly welcome and appreciate you to join our goals, too! Wouldn’t the best vacation, mission trip, or tour be one that gives to others while providing you with the memories that last a lifetime? We sure think so!

Here at NorthStar we are lifelong learners. We are studying the many national parks and all the amazing attractions they have to offer. Did you know that you can NOT see rhinos in the wild because they are nearly extinct? However, you CAN visit them in a wildlife sanctuary in Uganda! Did you also know that Uganda is home to the 3rd largest mountain peak in all of Africa? Actually, it used to be home to the TALLEST peak in all of Africa but due to volcanic activity, erosion over time reduced it to the 5th tallest.

Earlier today we received a team from Miss Tourism Uganda-PA on a courtesy visit to deliver their appreciation for UWA’s support towards the organization of the coveted beauty pageant.

The team included the recently crowned Miss Tourism Uganda, Nabukonde Kiyayi Ruokaya who was accompanied by Apero Martha (first runner up), Akello Mary (second runner up) and the CEO of the pageant, Aisha Nagudi Okot.

UWA Management appreciates this courtesy visit from Miss Tourism Uganda and promises to continue supporting such tourism promotion initiatives.
