Die Sipi Falls sind eine Gruppe von drei Wasserfällen am Fluss Sipi, die sich im Distrikt Kapchorwa im Osten Ugandas befinden.

Um alle drei Wasserfälle zu erwandern, benötigen Sie etwa drei Stunden. Den größten Teil dieser Wanderung folgen Sie einem Fluss, sodass Sie leicht auf dem richtigen Weg bleiben können. Es führt Sie durch Ackerland und lokale Gemeinden. Der zweithöchste der Wasserfälle kommt zuerst.


To hike all three falls, it’ll take you roughly 3 hours. For the majority of this hike, you follow a river, making it easy to stay on track. It’ll take you through farmlands, and local communities. The second-highest of the waterfalls comes first.

Uganda is one of the countries in the world crossed by the equator - the imaginary line that cuts the Earth into the Northern and Southern Hemispheres. While the equator crosses the whole of Uganda, the most famous place to cross the equator is Kayabwe, just 70 kilometers from the city of Kampala.

As its name would indicate, the waterbuck inhabits areas that are close to water in savanna grasslands, gallery forests, and riverine woodlands south of the Sahara. Such habitats not only provide sustenance but long grasses and watery places in which to hide from predators. As any other living creatures, water bucks fight power and souverenity.
