Well, God works in mysterious ways and He never ceases to amaze me. He had a different plan that I did, which often seems to be the case and He orchestrated a meeting of sorts which resulted in the selling of Kim’s Cottage to the most precious couple, Brett Stewart and his lovely wife Andi. As of 3pm today they are the new, proud owners of “Emmie’s Cottage” and I pray nothing but blessings and success over their lives and their new business! Thank you all for the out pouring of love and support for my first Airbnb, probably not the last! And for those of you who know Michael and I personally know that we can’t sit still for long so, stay tuned for any upcoming projects! 😊

Taking a little break from cleaning after another happy guest has checked out and Spring has definitely sprung here at the cottage! Bulbs are popping up everywhere, everything is turning green, and the song birds are singing some lovely tunes today!
💐 ☀️ (sound on) I’m definitely enjoying the backyard deck. This might be the best spot in the house.

Even your fur baby! 🐶 Anyone who knows me, knows that I’m a little obsessed with my dogs... well, even though I’ve never met them, I’m obsessed with your dogs too! 😂 so, of course they needed their own built in water/food bowl in the deck so they can enjoy their stay at Kim’s Cottage as well!

A couple of before pictures! Already beautiful and cozy! Let me tell you, people really knew how to build things to last back in the day! This little house is SOLID! all the walls are built with ship lap underneath. Look at those gorgeous original oak hardwood floors and that mantle 🥰 I feel such a peace every time I step foot in this house... I know you all will love it as much as I do!
