Welcome to the page for FairOaks Place, a premier vacation rental destination nestled in the Appalachian Mountains of Southwest Virginia. You will enjoy peace and quiet along with the privacy so often fleeting in our hectic daily lives as you breathe in fresh air and take in a bounty of rolling pastures surrounding your temporary home.

Enjoying our second year of serving guests seeking to enjoy all our area has to offer FairOaks Place is convienietvtp downtown Abingdon, Barter Theater, the nationally recognized Virginia Creeper Trail and the Five Time USA Today Best Small Town Food Scene in the U.S.A.

So far we have welcomed guests from nearly a dozen states, including a couple from Arizona who have visited three times. You will love the Master Suite with a King size bed and private bath. The guest bedroom bathroom offers a queen size bed and there is also a sofa bed for a chance for six people to enjoy a stay.

The full kitchen has all you would need to feed your group quick meals to a holiday dinner. The dining room has a large table with six chairs. If you would rather dine outdoors their is two tables to satisfy that desire along with a covered porch for ultimate relaxation.

A new addition to FairOaks Place’s impressive list of amenities is a gas fire pit in the backyard where you can settle into some Adirondack chairs and gaze at the stars.
