https://youtu.be/DrtgxuxS4gw?si=3t8zcsaHoJHpStnz. She's My Witch is a love song written and originally recorded by rock and roll vocalist, bongo player and biker Kit Tyler and his Los Angeles band the Flips. A sensuous version was offered by the Fuzztones, but this version is by the Tri-Tones. Two more weekends, four more ghost tours this season. Pick up tickets now before they sell out and come on down Friday or Saturday. Bring your witch. . .

This is a song about another haunted house that is not on our tour, however we have plenty of spooky houses on our tour. Haunted House, recognizable cover by Gene Simmons. No, this is not Gene Simmons of Kiss, but rockabilly musician Jumpin’ Gene Simmons in 1964. Haunted House was written by Bob Geddins, and according to some ghosts it may be about a home in Acworth, Georgia, that we will visit during Acworth Ghost Tours. The song was first released by Johnny Fuller in 1958, six years earlier than Simmons. Have any of you noticed that Simmons messed up the lyrics, singing “the grease has melted in my hand,” instead of “the grease has melted in the pan,” but the producers did not bother to re-record it, thinking nobody would notice. The song was covered by Jerry Lee Lewis in 1973, who also sang “the grease has melted in my hand,” and added another botch of lyric, singing in the next line “had a hunk of meat in his hand” instead of “had a hunk of meat in my hand.” Come on our Acworth Ghost Tours this year to enjoy local history and lore during a moonlit stroll along historic Acworth’s sidewalks. Haunted houses? Ghost stories? We got ‘em! https://youtu.be/tKcy23_X6Xc?si=3r7654nEJSdOfWcm

This version with a shortened title the House of Frankenstein is performed by rockabilly musician and actor Johnny Legend, not to be confused with songwriter, producer and pianist John Legend, is about a house that is not on our Acworth Ghost Tours walk, but you should still come on the tours to see some even scarier places. Tickets are now on sale, and for the very first weekend only, two for one. Bring a brave friend to protect you from the House of. . .
