Well, we are officially sold out of Christmas Train tickets for the 2013 season. As much as we'd love to celebrate that success, we know that due to website challenges, many of our guests had great difficulty securing their tickets or, in some cases, were unable to purchase them at all. For this, we sincerely apologize. Although we tried to accurately anticipate the demand for tickets, clearly, we were off. Last year, we sold out in roughly 11 hours - this year, we sold out in just over an hour and a half. We just weren't properly ready to handle that kind of a response. While we wish we could make every wrong situation right, unfortunately, it's just not going to be feasible. That said, we are working on a case-by-case basis to resolve as many ticket issues as we can.
