A quick post as I’m dashing off to the cafe’... we have Shelburne Falls Kenya served up this weekend. Very nice coffee, has a slightly winey or acidic taste, which is typical, goes great with one of our blueberry muffins! I’ll post a picture of the iced chai, and I’ll try to post some of the other drinks we’ve been serving up in the evening. So far, the rose’ has been popular, nothing like a chilled glass of rose’ on a hot day. The raspberry margaritas on the rocks with salt have also been a hit. Irish iced coffee with whipped cream and creme’ de menthe is another good one. And some of the desserts, like vanilla ice cream with espresso, maple liqueur or limoncello, have also been in demand.
see ya on the trail,
Todd
p.s. weather looks good this weekend, not too hot, so should be great for biking, rollerblading, running or just a stroll.
