home with retro mid-century charm is built over a stream! It has a glass floor for viewing in the dining area. Modern conveniences such as a flatscreen TV, wood fireplace, new kitchen appliances, & washer/dryer. SLS enjoys a gorgeous lake view and the best is the private 100’ beach and dock, accessed by crossing East Shore Drive. Large, expansive deck outside with gas grill tops it off. The master

bedroom has a king size bed and a panoramic view of the lake. The two guest bedrooms also have queen sized beds. All bedrooms share a newly remodeled full bath. There is a pull-out queen sofa in the back living room as well. Note: all the upstairs bedrooms have open ceilings which lends to the charm of the home! SLS is perfect for those who opt to rent in a secluded, quiet part of the Adirondacks that’s just a short drive to the store town or highway. Ideal for couples, families, friends' get-away, and work-group / meditative retreats. Kids will love exploring the natural environs - both the stream & the beach. We think of our guests like family and want them to utilize the home: feel free to watch the DVDs, use the games, and borrow the books from the library. Additional amenities include a Stand Up Paddle board and two Kayaks (with adult life jackets) at the waterfront for your exclusive use. Dock is only for non-motorized watercraft such as sail and row boats. Contact the owner should you have any questions/concerns re: use of watercraft.

Come join us this summer for something refreshingly different! Pine Cone Mercantile is hosting Afternoon Tea on “The Porch” every Wednesday in July and August! Seating is limited and advance reservation is required. Seating at 2pm/ $25 per person. Reservations will only be accepted via email at [email protected] We look forward to seeing you soon!

Where else in the Adirondacks can you hear great live music FREE two nights a week all summer? Tonight's "Schroon Lake Live!!" concert with Hot Club of Saratoga was fantastic...tomorrow we follow it up with our first "Twilight Dance & Music" concert featuring the Susquehanna String Band and the return of Square Dancing! The Big Bear ADK food truck will be on Dock St serving food starting at around 6pm, music begins at 6:30 and dancing at 7. Check out the full schedule below.
