Just a heads up for next Tuesday! It's the end of Mardi Gras and we will be celebrating with our biggest Fat Tuesday to date! A 4 "course meal"by Jehon! Including the following:

Crab Remolote Tacos (it is Tuesday!)
Authentic gumbo soup
A jambalaya that would make Hank Williams bust out in song
And for dessert we found the recipe for Cafe Du Monde beignets!
