Your local tallow gal 😊

Hi everyone! My name is Annie DeGanahl and I just started making tallow products including whipped tallow, lip balm, and candles! I thought I would do a quick post to introduce myself and my family. My husband and I have three boys, 9,6, and 2! My husband and I are both from multi generational ranching families and are continuing that way of life with our boys! I grew up farming and ranching in Wyoming, my husband grew up ranching in Arizona which is where we are now. Our boys also rodeo in many different junior rodeo associations around Arizona and Wyoming when we spend some time up there in the summer with my family!

I got interested in making tallow when my friend at McCleary’s Mother Cluckers Ranch Goods told me about her experience using tallow and all the benefits it has! After spending some time researching and reading I jumped in and bought some suet from a local butcher and got started experimenting! Millie was my test dummy for the first few batches and when I got her approval of the final product, I set up with her booth at the Barrels and Curls Market, then at the Flying E market and you guys bought almost everything I had made plus made some special orders for my next batch!! Thank you for putting your faith in my product and I hope you are all enjoying it.

I have another batch rendering now and hope to be restocked in the next few days!
