On her first afternoon in Aiken, Cissie and her husband, Michael, discovered the Hitchcock Woods, Aiken’s historic Horse District and a beautiful 1820s home in need of renovation. It became quickly apparent that Aiken was the perfect town for them to escape the City life! Cissie has been able to get “back in the saddle” again enjoying her horse, Quincy, to learn (and love!) the game of court tennis, to explore artistic pursuits while making good friends along the way. Cissie’s career as a Realtor in Aiken officially began in 2006 though she acquired market knowledge and experience for several years prior as a buyer & seller of homes she and her husband “re-invented” for re-sale. As a Realtor, Cissie is repeatedly rated highly in customer service as well as consistently ranked “Best of the Best” among her peers at Meybohm, with honors including 2011 Aiken Downtown Agent of the Year and team ranking as 2015 “Top 25” among company realtors.
