It was a pleasure hosting Amy and Caitlyn for a long term stay. Guests like these are what makes owning a vacation rental so enjoyable and I’m glad we got a chance to get to know them both. It is always a pleasure hosting families during the holidays! We still have some openings at our Airbnb/ vacation rental in the months of December and January. For those looking to do something different with their family for the holidays , or for those visiting friends and family in the area, we would be glad to host you for the holidays . It sure is a lot of maintenance keeping the place looking great during the summer months. There’s nothing like the smell and look of fresh cut grass though. Luckily our family farm dog Champ is around to help supervise during all the work !

We have enjoyed hosting summer guests coming from all different parts of Florida and other states as well. Many of our guests have enjoyed local activities in the area such as ball tournaments at Legacy Park , as well as visiting the local freshwater springs .

More importantly we try to ensure our guests have everything they need to be comfortable and enjoy their time out at the property . Our goal is to be a home away from home and we love to hear when our guests feel that way ! Thanks Shannon for your kind review .

As hosts of a vacation rental/retreat, we always enjoy interacting with our guests and meeting their families at their discretion. Rosney and his family were wonderful guests and it was a pleasure to get a chance to meet him and his family .

We enjoyed hosting Rosney while him and his family visited the local freshwater springs in High Springs, Fl. They also seemed to enjoy meeting our beagle, champ the farm dog 🐶 during their stay . Thanks again Rosney to you and your family for being such wonderful guests !

With so many airbnbs and vacation rentals out there, our goal is to create an amazing experience for all our guests that stay with us . An experience that transcends well beyond just a place to sleep.

We enjoy seeing our guests interacting and enjoying all of the amenities we have available on the property and at the house, which is why we are constantly improving the property to ensure our guests have an amazing time while staying with us !We appreciate all our guests who take the time to leave a review so others can get an idea of the experiences we offer at our place !

Summer is here in full swing in north central Florida and we are enjoying having guests visit from all around the country .Our goal is to ensure our guests enjoy their stay to the point that they’d love to come back and vacation with us again!

It was a great day for a horse ride! It’s awesome to see our granddaughter taking an interest in learning to ride and taking care of the horses .We always encourage her to get outside. She sure isn’t scared to get some dirt under her fingernails and enjoy the fresh air ! I can only hope that one day she will look back and cherish these moments we spend together as a family ! At Clark’s Southern Adventures , we are glad to be able to share our home that has been in our family for years . Being located in the northern part of Alachua gives our guests the opportunity to enjoy this little peace of heaven . We strive to have a space that provides great purpose for our guests . Located within 30 minutes of Gainesville and Lake City . As there are multiple wedding venues in the area , we have a fully equipped bridal suite that provides ample space for bridesmaids to get ready before attending their event !

There are numerous possibilities and activities to participate in while visiting the area , such as visiting the Santa Fe River and all the local freshwater springs . Summer will be here before we know it , so get a jump on planning your vacation in the area!

Our favorite time of the year in North Central Florida is quickly approaching! College football on all day , tailgates , cookouts, bonfires , etc . Spring is always a wonderful time of year at The Clark House . We are not an outfitting service but we do have turkey hunters that come from all across the United States that come and stay with us every year . Multiple of them are return visitors and we always enjoy having the opportunity to host them at our Airbnb . Also, Easter Weekend is quickly approaching.
