Bring your child to the Stubborn booth on Friday or Saturday, purchase a Stubborn rod and the first 8 to do so will get a seat on a 2025 halibut trip. This is what the community should be all about.

The first 5 people to bring their child (16 and under) to the Stubborn Rods booth and purchase a rod will receive a gift certificate for your child on a spring 2025 halibut trip.

But wait, there’s more……. A very generous person called and paid (out of their pocket) to add a 6th gift certificate to get a child out and fish!

I don’t know if this is the last tuna trip of the year, but if it is, this fish is an absolute dime piece. Hopefully the weather will allow for a few more trips to the deep.
