I come from a small town in Upstate New York where the view of the Hudson River and Catskill Mountains were not even a mile away. Gazing on those views day in and out made me wonder what else is out there. I found out years later there is a whole world out there that I haven't explored yet! I didn't take my first cruise until I was 26 and didn't take my first flight until I was 30. I have been on an adventure and journey ever since as I approach my 40th birthday!

2. Second, I am going to save you a lot of time and hassle. There is so much information on the internet these days and it’s hard to know what’s accurate and what’s not. Thanks to my expertise & training, I know the options far better than most and I am able to zero in on the best options very quickly. In addition, I’m the one that sits on hold, checks fares, prices, etc saving you hours and hours of mindless time.
3. Third, I can get you special treatment you can’t get on your own. Thanks to my relationships with travel suppliers & resort managers and staff, I can often get amenities, upgrades and other special VIP touches that my clients don’t have access to. So even though many “do-it-yourself” vacationers may pat themselves on the back for saving the $100, I often get my clients special amenities worth way more than that. I also provide all my clients a "Thank you for choosing me" goodie bag before they take off!
4. Fourth, my job doesn’t stop when you book your travel. I go the extra mile to find great restaurants/excursions I know you will love and book the reservations, book extra special activities, golf tee times, shore excursions, and I love adding my own surprise touches. I also prepare my clients for travel, so there are no surprises. I check if your passports are current, help you with packing advice, and even tipping guidelines.

If my clients experience unexpected surprises during their travel like a missed connection, poor service at the resort or with staff, they know they have just 1 phone call to make and I will do my best to take care of the matter so they can get back to their vacation and not deal with the stress.
