With several successful endeavors as food and alcohol concessionaires, including 8 years at Expo New Mexico (formally New Mexico State Fairgrounds), we branched out and entered into airport concessions in 1996; sub
sequently launching restaurant and catering services around the Albuquerque area. With our experience gained as concessionaires, it was a natural progression to expand Fresquez Companies into other airports. Today Fresquez Companies operates more than 20 restaurants in three states, New Mexico, Colorado, and Texas. Inside the Albuquerque International Sunport, Fresquez Companies operates; Rio Grande Brew Pub & Grill, Schlotzsky's, Route 66 Lounge, Comida Buena, Tia Juanita's Pronto, Tia Juanita's New Mexican Restaurant, Watch! Sports Lounge and Grill, La Trattoria, and Panda Express (Licensee). In Denver, CO we operate Dunkin Donuts, Tia's New Mexican Eats, Wendy's, Schlotzsky's, and Auntie Anne's. Fresquez Productions Inc. is a subsidiary of Fresquez Companies has produced and promoted over 200 events including World Championship Boxing, Concerts, Rodeos and festivals since 1993. The success and volumes at each location has provided the experience for Fresquez Companies to steadily expand throughout the years. In addition to our Airport operations Fresquez Companies is a proud owner of Mac’s Steak in the Rough. This Albuquerque Tradition is still going strong after 50 years in operation. Fresquez Companies is also a proud member of the Village Inn franchise. In New Mexico, Fresquez Companies operates the Village Inn in Rio Rancho.
