Farm & Table offers seasonal dishes created by scratch with ingredients sourced from local farmers and from our on-site farm. Delectable dishes are inspired by New Mexico's growing season will satisfy the omnivore as well as the vegetarian. Full entrees and small plates (perfect for sharing and tasting) are complemen

Sunchoke Croquettes
Our own homegrown sunchokes, with smoked Tucumcari gouda, and black Italian truffle to make the croquette. Which is served with a lemon aioli, and a black garlic - truffle aioli. Finished with a bitter greens and sprout salad lightly tossed in a lemon vinaigrette.

Five Wine-Paired Courses
Supporting Hospitality Workers Affected by the California Fires
March 17 | 6pm | $140

Join us for an evening of California wines thoughtfully paired with a curated five-course dinner, celebrating the flavors of the Golden State. Our wine director James Krajewski along with chef Jens and the team are creating a menu that pays tribute to California's rich wine making history, diversity, and resilience. Our hearts go out to the thousands affected by the devastating California fires. A percentage of the proceeds from this dinner will go to support hospitality workers who were impacted by the fires. We will be unable to accommodate dietary restrictions for this dinner and seating is communal. Gratuity included.
