We are currently looking to welcome to our team 2-3 experienced and skilled vacation rental Turnover Specialists in order to take our brand to the next level.
Who you are:
- You are a native or fluent English-speaker and writer, you have over one year of experience or an affinity with the cleaning or hospitality industries, and are a self-starter with attention to detail and an eye for design.
- You are positive in mind and LOVE working and contributing in a team.
- You work hard and smart on your own initiative, and you are able to set and achieve multiple goals.
- You have a growth mindset and you are a dedicated team player.
You will be accountable for:
- Quickly and effectively cleaning and resetting your assigned units with an eye for the little details
- Creating a 5 star hospitality experience
- Ensuring that properties are stocked with all necessary supplies
- Promptly reporting any damages or maintenance issues
- Be able to handle multiple back-to-backs and plan accordingly to handle the work.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year experience in the cleaning or hospitality industry (or relevant experience)
- Native/ Fluent in English (Speaking & Writing).
Reliable Transportation
- Ability to work on your feet for long periods (this is a fast paced, active job)
- Can lift 30 lbs
- Take pride in your work and be open to feedback

- Must have a smartphone and be comfortable using technology
- Ability to multitask while staying on track
- You’re friendly, upbeat, and take pride in your work
- Attention to detail is a must - little things matter
- Problem solver - Must be able/willing to find solutions to issues that would impact a guests stay
Preferences:
- You live in ABQ near Old Town, downtown, or Nob Hill
- You have a passion for hospitality
- You are “handy” (i.e. know your way around a screwdriver)

- You are passionate about or have an interest in hospitality, real estate, interior design, or Airbnb’s/vacation rentals
- You love to clean!
- You are detail-oriented, take pride in your work and set high standards for the quality of work that you do
- You are competitive and have a constant drive to hit your goals on an individual level and get excited about rising to the occasion of new goals.
- You are process-driven, a great problem solver, and can figure things out on your own with minimal direction. In short, you can create your own structured work environment.
- You actively read and seek out new learning to get better at your role.
- You implement. And do so with minimal direction, doing a lot of your own research to find the best way to solve the problem at hand.
We offer:
- Flexible days/hours. We have a short workday (10:30am-4:30pm)
