Went and ate at Whiskey & Oyster. I’m 5 weeks out from my show, so I requested no oils/no butters and what comes out, a thing of melted butter next to my lobster, which had spicy cajun sprinkled all over it. It was disgusting. I never asked for Cajun.
Besides that the outdoor seating was nice and it was a relaxing environment. But when my food gets messed up, I’m not coming back.

Served as the designated driver today on a trip to this winery. My friends had a fabulous time enjoying the wines, and the facility is awesome… Huge.. so many rooms, and the pizza looked and smelled amazing, but I didn’t sample it, because I am in my contest prep.

Didn’t even know this gem existed till my friends told me about it. Food was excellent, service was excellent. 5 ⭐️. Parking was a struggle though. Had to park across the street.

Couple pics from our little rom Christmas party gathering. The steak salad was good, but where’s the salad? Needs more lettuce base. The restaurant is beautiful and huge. Would recommend to try it yourself. Nice large variety of cocktails and wines also. 🍷

Took it to the city last night and had an incredibly delicious soul food style dinner w/friends. Omg, those corn bread sticks were straight 🔥!!

Checked out a new diner, called the Beeliner Dine off King St., same strip mall as Duck Donuts. It was just meh. Wouldn’t recommend.

Tried a local place today that is right by the house, but I didn’t even know it was here till recently. It was delicious! The hashbrowns are fluffy on the inside and crispy on the outside. Perfection 👌. Omelets were fluffy and very tasty. And those chocolate chip pancakes 🥞, 💥!!

Haven’t been to this gem in a long time. The menu is LIT 🔥!!! Like a small book. Something for everyone. My Ahi Tuna salad was amazing. I had them leave off the crunchy wontons this time, since I’m 2 weeks out from my show.
