JOIN US for A PAINTING WORKSHOP in BEAUTIFUL ICELAND from JULY 16th to JULY 24th
The workshop will be led by acclaimed artists: Danni Dawson, www.dannidawson.com and Mike Francis https://www.michaelfrancispainter.com
We will base our workshops, meals and lodging at the beautiful Kriunes Hotel, www.kriunes.is
Painting classes begin July 17th through Saturday July 23rd, from 10 am to 6 pm with dinner every night at 7 pm. Wine, beer and liquors will be served at happy hour prices for us.
Itinerary:
Arrive in Iceland July 16th (The flight from USA is an overnight flight, so you will need to leave USA on July 15th).
We recommend you purchase your ticket with Icelandair, as they have a direct flight from various airports in the US.
You will be picked up at the airport and driven to Kriunes hotel.
On July 24th, we will drive you to the airport.
For anyone not painting, the hotel can provide tours, taxis or rental cars for you to experience the extraordinary sights and events of Iceland. The Blue Lagoon, endless waterfalls, geothermal springs, puffins, lava fields and geysers are always available, and with some luck, one of Iceland's 30 active volcanoes will perform while we are there:)

What is included:
Transport to and from the airport
Double occupancy room with a private bathroom
Breakfast, light lunch, and dinner. (Wine is not included)
Wine is available at the hotel bar and will be priced at happy hour price for everyone on this trip for the duration of the workshop.
Solvents, primed canvas, easels, tables, and stools models
Not included:
Airfare, paints, brushes.
We suggest you bring all the necessary supplies you need for painting as you would do ordinarily.
Danni will focus on portraits and possible still life painting, while Mike will focus on plane air painting.
