🍂We're deep into fall, knocking on the door of the holiday season, and wow.

Take a look at the pending activity in the graphic below. Very interesting that 521 buyers and sellers went under contract, compared to the 476 last week. More homes are going under contract🤯. The myth that "nobody buys in the fall" continues to be debunked.

Consumers seem to have accepted that interest rates seem to be flattening out around the 6% mark. Sellers who need to sell now are selling, and buyers who are guaranteeing themselves out of the spring market frenzy, are off the fence and will have a new address soon.
