What is a Pisco Sour?
Pisco Sour is a cocktail made with Pisco, Simple Syrup, Egg Whites, Lime juice, & Angostura bitters that was invented in Lima, Peru by an American Bartender.

What is National Pisco Sour Day?
National Pisco Sour Day is a Public holiday celebrated in Peru that honors the country’s national drink and was established in 2003. Peruvians celebrate with festivals, parties, concerts, and tastings.

This painting was on display in the front of Perky Parrot. It was being sold as a fund raiser for Oliver’s Light Foundation, which is attempting to build a first class animal rescue in Algona. Sometime Thursday or Friday night, someone entered Perky Parrot and stole the painting. It was valued at $2400. Please let us know if you know anything about the theft. A reward of $1000 will be paid for information leading to the arrest of the individual(s).
