One of my main Fishing Buddy clients Dave and one of his buddies "Perry" come up to Michigan to experience some Fall Smallmouth Fishing on the Muskegon River. We learned right away that we were going to have to work for them on this day, and that's what we did. We stayed with it, tried different techniques and found that ZMAN's Ned Rig was the ticket for this day. We also took some time to grill some burgers. It turned out to be a warm and beautiful day on the river, while not seeing any other fishing boats. I created Fishing Buddies with the idea that I wanted to share my love and passion for the river and and fishing with others so they can create long lasting memories. That’s our brand, Creating Memories with your Fishing Buddies!

I really specialize in teaching people how to fish. I love working with beginners. I have had too many people tell me they don’t want to go fishing because they don’t know how to “fly fish” or they haven’t done it in years. When you spend a day with me, I’ll help you develop fishing skills that you’ll be able to use forever.
