The Rickert’s spent most of June on the road for our 3rd family roadtrip
This year we hit many historical spots between Atlanta and my family home in Pennsylvania.

We started off with a day in the Outerbanks, North Carolina and got a little bit of Beach time and then we headed to Kitty Hawk to see where the Wright Brothers National Memorial
From there we headed to Norfolk, Va and dined at Doumas which is an old fashion drive in whose founders introduced the waffle cone at the Worlds Fair in St.Louis
Tasty burgers and the best waffle cone I’ve had in a longtime we’re worth the stop.

This special ticketed event has so much to do from trick or treating, to character meet and greets to parades, dance parties, fireworks and so much more!
