If we’re being honest, human beings aren’t logical creatures.🧠

We’re emotional and often irrational, especially when it comes to what matters most.

For instance, it's a new year. And how many times have you started a positive routine — like journaling, meditating, reading, or exercising — and no matter how well-intentioned, or AMAZING it felt, you stopped making time for it?
