If you reached out to a travel agent, and they have quoted you, even if the price is the same as what you've seen somewhere else, please respect their time enough to book through them. Not take the package they quoted you and book somewhere else... Its only fair they have done the work for you! Definitely if a research fee wasn't charged, as a agents they can choose to do so to compensate for the their time.
