HI FRIENDS!

I’m reintroducing myself, my name is Mielle (Me-L) and I started this brand with the intention to create meet ups for those aligned with all things wellness and self care.

Well life happens but I still feel it’s important to hold this space for other but with a twist…around here we actually talk ab the realness of doing self care AND dealing with other things like: mental health diagnoses, being a student, being a parent to neurodivergent kids, coming from a high demand religious background, former people pleasing, learning about cannabis and other plants, learning manifestation and breathwork and other “alternative” health practices.

For now i’ll be sharing my stories but I’m the future I want to share yours too!

And who knows, maybe we will get around to the retreats, mountain top yoga sessions and mental health focused clothing while partnering/donating to local nonprofits and scholarships for students but for now, this is just a space to connect.

If you see something you love that I/or my friends share, don’t be afraid to repost. Don’t be afraid to comment. Don’t be afraid to lean into take care of yourself.

We always tell be to “check on your friends” but around here, we check on ourselves first.

for us, self care is: taking a walk, putting on headphones instead of engaging in hostile dialogue when overstimulated, sitting in the car after work until you feel safe to go inside, getting a soda, scheduling a nail appointment, micro-dosing mushrooms, spontaneously driving to visit a friend, putting your phone on “do not disturb”…and ANYTHING plant medicine tbh.

SELF CARE IS ANYTHING THAT MAKES YOU FEEL SAFE AND AS A RESULT, PROVIDES SAFETY FOR OTHERS(bc peace within you= peace around you).

STRUGGLING WITH SEASONAL DEPRESSION? Take this tip I got from my doctor when I asked for what can help💌

She prescribed TEN MINUTES of movement a day.

That’s it.

I was so surprised but also, I’m not.

How many of us have remote/sitting jobs? Even in sunny places, seasonal affective disorder can happen.

So the next time it’s a low day, or a “fight day” for your positive outlook, just take a second to move for TEN minutes.

Ideas:-
- put on music and dance it out
- throw on a hertz frequency playlist and do some mindful stretches
- take a walk with or without headphones
- pause to tidy up your space if you wfh
- go to the gym just for the 10 minutes, lift, stretch, swim, go into the sauna for a light movement session

Just move. Breathe. And keep going 🤍

Hi! It’s been a while ✨
What’s happening with iinnervana?
MiElle and I have taken a lot of time to grow the last few months. We knew the moment the name iinnervana was made it was inspired and it carried a lot of potential. We still believe in that. We believe in its purpose.
Recently we revisited after taking the necessary time to grow, and the universe really did put us through some tests these last few months but everything fell right into place. We are still growing. We are still learning. And most of all, we are still excited to share our journeys with you all.
What lessons have you learned this year? And what are you looking forward to next year?

Hi, Manders here 👋

When MiElle and I first started iinnervana, we were super excited about the possibilities of connecting with others and growing a community with people who want to self improve along with us. We still want this and hope you are still working on yourselves.
We both suddenly entered into a phase where the universe gave us hard times where we really HAD to grow and heal. Both of our journeys with iinnervana required a lot of SELF REFLECTION and going INWARDS. We both realized we had a lot to grow and I think starting iinnervana was what we both needed in order to be able to navigate this new community. Anyway, sometimes we gotta take things a day at a time and that’s okay 🤍 we absolutely appreciate everyone who has decided to come along this journey with us so far, and we hope when we start having meetups and retreats, you can be a part of the magic ✨
In the meantime, take any breaks your mind/body/soul need and find ways to recharge. Me personally it’s been going out in nature. After this weekend, I feel pretty refreshed. I’m resetting my intentions and goals and starting this next week off with a clean slate 🥰

It’s crazy to me how much tension and weight and trauma we carry in our physical bodies. We do all the work to clear our minds and hearts and chakras, even our guts, but when do our physical beings TRULY get a moment to r e l e a s e and b r e a th e?

One thing I’m taking to heart in this journey is taking moments to expand EACH PART of my being so I can truly feel free in my work and the next thing I’m leaning into aside from increased movement(yoga, exercise, etc) is BREATHWORK.

At first I didn’t understand it…but I get the opportunity to be guided soon here and I’m eager to just release at this point, I don’t care how intense it will be. I’m just ready to shift and make space so I can receive all the love that has been stored up for me, waiting for me, begging me to just LET GO.

And I won’t lie, I thought I had experienced lows until I decided to sift and sort through the visceral layers of what my shadow holds

BUT

At the same time it’s becoming such a beautiful journey.

Take time today to breathe, shake, stretch, extend and release anything that makes your body feel unsafe and then hug and hold your sweet body for being the strong vessel that carries you. 🤍

FUN FACT: both Manders and I are April babies and momma mielle is officially 28✨

I spent my time this past weekend surrounded by love and boundless energy, dancing under the full moon and experienced a blissful, soulful recharge yesterday on Easter Sunday with my little family.

Honestly, aging is bomb. My skin has never been better and I’ve never loved harder.

But the passing of my birthday means Amanda’s birthday is right around the corner and I’m sending all the good things your way.

Hi iinnsiders 🤍 ITS MIELLE — but posting a picture of Manders to pop in and say I’ve been quiet but this time it’s been on purpose.

Several weeks ago both Manders and I had the privelege of doing reiki sessions with and the work that came up for me has been HEAVYYYYYY.

Oh my goodness. I’m not kidding when I say, I’ve had light years of improvement these past few weeks and have finally been sensing some clarity and need to return and share my experiences.

✨ BIG THANK YOU TO MANDERS FOR GIVING ME THE WEEK TO RECHARGE AND REFLECT ✨

I’ll do this “sharing” tomorrow in a blog post but I’ll leave you with this quote I typed up as we prepared to open this digital container..

“Self care isn’t always doing what you enjoy but doing what needs to be done so that you can heal better and BE better.”

Within IInnervana I hope you find guides, gifts and grace more abundant than any other place you’ve encountered.

We don’t do the work because it’s “trendy”, we do it because we’ve been called to it and hope to transition WITH you as we expand ourselves.

Alignment is a four strand chord.
🤍one part work
🤍one part rest
🤍one part collaboration
🤍one part solitude

Be open to the transition between each strand while recognizing that each is necessary for shifts to occur. But most importantly find the grounding of the season you ARE in through daily gratitude rather than wishing for another part.

Arguing with reality doesn’t make it shift faster.

Aligning with your present peace gives reality the time to catch up while you calmly accept & magnify what is coming to you.

As we prepare to step into a new cosmic season tomorrow, and the launch of the website, I invite you to find ways to expand your mindset around the energy you hold!

Newton’s laws weren’t BS. We hold so much power within us and around us should we choose to use it.

There is energy, power, source, spirit, whatever you want to call it, ALWAYS around us and waiting to be called upon. I’ve been meditating on so much since my reiki session and realizing how much of my life had been gifted back to me simply because I stepped into my power and chased what authentically held space for me.

Today I had my first reiki session with as we prepare for the synergy this community will bring forward and I was MIND BLOWN.

Western medicine calls for pharmaceuticals and talk therapy, both are great but please know there’s a whole magical world out there that has nothing to do with Disney Land and everything to do with you leveling up to the next phase of your life 🤍
