Interested in earning your Certificate in Principles of Public Relations?
Our amazing club advisor, Erin Wilgenbusch, is offering a FREE 4 week course to help prep for the exam.
This opportunity is available to any dues paying members who have graduated/plan to graduate with a degree in public relations/advertising/journalism. Participants must have graduated or be planning to graduate in December 2021, May 2022, or August 2022.
The course will take place on Monday evenings from 6pm to 8pm on April 4, April 11, April 18, and April 25.

PRSSA will be helping judge FFA Marketing/Communication books after our Career Services Workshop on April 5th.
Stick around after the meeting to help out! We will have food as well 😎.

March Meeting Recaps!!
On March 8th, we heard from Kassi Hoxmeier, along with Clara Johnson and Liz Jacavino about Communications at Mercy One. They spoke about how each of them attained their position along with their previous experience and advice.
At last night’s meeting, we heard from 2020/2021 PRSSA President, Maddie Casady. She explained her duties as a Marketing Coordinator at Todd & Sargent. We also got to spend time going through her online portfolio.

Yesterday, we hosted our first ever “Reverse Agency Tours.”
It was awesome to get to do some networking with PR professionals and learn more about agency life.

We had a great start to our Spring semester at last night’s meeting.
Club advisor, Erin Wilgenbusch, talked about important upcoming dates, campus resources, and other opportunities at ISU to make the most of the Spring 2022 semester.
