Tending you and your growing family, MotherTend provides prenatal and postpartum consulting services for families of North Shore MA and Seacoast NH, and online via Skype/phone. My name is Molly Lawney and I am the sole proprietor of MotherTend. I graduated from Boston University in 2014 with a Master of Public Health degree and a concentration in Maternal & Child Health. I am also a Certified Lact

ation Counselor (CLC). As your postpartum doula, I will support you and your family shortly after the birth (or adoption) of your newborn by offering:
- emotional support
- lactation counseling
- infant care while mother rests
- evidence-based infant care information
- escorting mother and/or baby to follow-up appointments
- providing resources and referrals
- playing with and caring for older siblings
- grocery shopping and errand running
- meal planning and dinner prep
- light housework (laundry, dishes, quick
- vacuuming/sweeping)
- baby massage lessons
- answering the phone and greeting guests
- babywearing and cloth diapering help
