— The Buffalo Bills are back in the playoffs and M&T Bank has a new banner to help fans rally support for their team. M&T is giving away 25,000 "Billieve Together" flags at branches across Buffalo and Rochester beginning Monday.

Hi D+F Travel,

I just got back from the Nov 10-11 NYC tour with Angela. She was an amazing driver! Angela was a very safe, I was only a few rows back and I could see how she was responding to road conditions far up ahead and being very courteous to other drivers. She was funny and her charm put us at ease, you could tell she was thinking about our needs every step of the way. I don't enjoy riding buses that kind of distance but if I ever ride with you guys again, it's because she really helped make our trip way more enjoyable than expected.
At the end of our journey when I complimented her driving, she gave me a hug! How's that for customer service?
Well, I just had to let you know the woman is absolutely getting it done out there!
And please tell her the tall, bald guy says thanks!

Dolores L. Swanson
Passed away — November 7, 2024 at age 88. Born in Portland, NY, a longtime resident of Fredonia NY, spending the second half of her life just outside of Buffalo in East Amherst.

Dee was a graduate of the WCA hospital school of nursing. Prior to starting a family, she worked as an RN at WCA hospital & Brooks Memorial Hospital. While raising her children, she joined the family bus company as a bookkeeper at D&F Transit, and later D&F Travel.

Dee had numerous passions and talents including gardening, cooking, baking, painting, quilting, sewing, homesteading, birdwatching, reading and traveling the world. Noteworthy trips include Alaska, France, Egypt and of course her favored destination Italy. Dee was strong in her faith, a contributing member of St. Mary’s church in Swormsville. Above all else, she was devoted to her family.

As the matriarch of our D&F Family she often inspired many of our most popular tour ideas including the very best bucket list trips to Savannah and the Gold Isles, Glacier National Park, The California Redwoods, Acadia National Park, The Mighty Five, Albuquerque Balloon Festival, Mount Rushmore and Crazy Horse, Yellowstone and The Grand Tetons which was mostly a passenger on but sometimes escorted. Her love of travel will always be with us and we will continue to use her "Bucket List" to carry this tradition.
