Job went from "can we save this because installing a new one will be drama" to "I guess we're putting in a new one." I got into it, up to the point that I had bursts of flame coming out of the top (vent). IDL2 (Hayward) had to be fully dismantled to extract, and the new JXI had to lowered from the top of the rock slide, into its current position.
