The house comes with 2 dining room tables seating 16 comfortably with room for more, folding tables for additional seating, plenty of extra chairs, chair covers, table cloths, cloth napkins and enough dinnerware to gather your family or friends with ease!! There are 5 bedrooms all equipped with a flat screen
TVs and wi-fi smart access. Plenty of room to host a gathering or stretch out, relax and enjoy your stay! It is located on an acre of the upscale South Anchorage, Hillside district. The living room features a 70” Smart TV, Wi-Fi connection and several entertainment apps for your entertainment, unlimited internet and a super comfy oversized down filled couch for lounging and with the ottoman can be turned into a queen to king sized bed. It is also big enough for 2 twin xl mattresses (provided for use wherever you’d like) if needed. The kitchen is fully stocked and has a kitchen island with breakfast bar that seats 3 people, a variety of pots and pans, casserole dishes, baking dishes and sheets, coffee maker, French press, electric tea pot, and more. Also included are a variety of spices, coffee, sugar and teas. Aluminum foil, saran-wrap, freezer paper are stocked, along with many more amenities to make your stay amazing! The bedrooms have comfortable mattresses, super soft linens, lots of pillows, plenty of extra soft linens and cozy blankets and throws. In the bathrooms there are hair dryers, toiletries, and large, fluffy towels and wash cloths provided. The home has a large laundry room with a brand new washer and dryer.....laundry detergent, softener and bleach provided. I provide plenty of dish soap, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry soap, laundry softener and all purpose cleaner to choose from. Deck is HUGE and South-facing and provides amazing, warm all day sun and gorgeous sunset views with comfortable seating area for several guests and a gas grill with utensils and propane provided. HUGE backyard that also gets ALL DAY SUN!!!! Camping gear you can borrow....and if I don’t have something you need, I will try to get it! You can even camp out in the backyard in you like!!
