We are back!

We are so grateful our little office at 208 Pine survived 2 hurricanes almost completely unscathed. 🙏

We finally have power and internet restored and we are working tirelessly to answer all of your questions and concerns.

Our maintenance team has been on the ground evaluating and repairing homes, cleaning up landscaping and getting those swimming pools pristine again. This is a bigger process than in storms of the past, but we are bigger than Helene and Milton!

You have all been wonderfully patient. The majority of our homes will be full of guests celebrating Thanksgiving. Some of our homes plan to be open before Thanksgiving. Sadly, a small handful were less fortunate and we are still working on contacting and refunding all the guests whose plans will now be changed due to the substantial renovations that will be taking place.

For the time being, we have shifted our office hours to Monday through Friday 8am to 4pm while we continue to work towards normalcy. Our phone lines are open although email continues to be the most efficient way for us to multi-task and help you as fast as possible. We can't wait to see you again!

Due to 2 unbelievable hurricanes in 2 weeks, our office remains closed. At this time we have our team on the island making damage assessments at each of our properties. Communication is slow for the time-being without power, internet and only limited cellular coverage. We will continue to answer emails as promptly as we can. At this time every guest who was scheduled to arrive between now and November 1st should have been contacted at least once. We thank you for your continued patience and support. We appreciate you! 🙏

For our staff to better serve you, our office remains closed. We would rather they spend more time taking care of all of our guests who are awaiting updates rather than sitting in traffic. We are continuing to work through emails in order of priority. We have reached out to everyone who had plans to be here between now and October 19th. We thank you for your continued patience 💙

Our sister company A Shore Thing Vacations manages comfortable and affordable condos. They have 15 units that are without damage. If you are out of state owner who needs to come down and stay for a bit while you work on your property please reach out to Emily and she will help you.

A few of the units have longer term availability so if you are a displaced local who needs a clean dry place to stay she can definitely work with you on a longer-term rate. Please understand we do not own these properties so we cannot offer them at no cost, but they are greatly discounted and for residents who have lost their homes there is more she can do to help!

We will never be able to thank this man enough for transporting our team to the island. We were able to set eyes on every one of our properties Friday and Saturday. Now it's time to start cleaning up!

An Update From Our Team:

As you probably already know, Hurricane Helene has caused severe damage to Anna Maria Island, and our hearts go out to everyone impacted by this disaster. Some of us were spared, but many were not.

Our recovery efforts are already underway, but please understand that we have very limited team members conducting on-foot patrols to assess the situation. No one is currently allowed to drive onto the island. This process will take time as we focus on the most pressing concerns first, as well as try to survive without electricity and running water.

We are reaching out to every guest in order of priority, and we truly appreciate your patience. Our physical office is closed and most likely damaged. If your reservation is not within the next 2 weeks, please refrain from reaching out at the time being. We will be in touch with you as soon as possible. The best way to contact us is via email.

This amazing crew is taking a well deserved break from prepping our rental homes and communicating with guests. We can't thank them enough for all they do! ♥️
