After Susan sent off her kids into the adult world, she decided to move to Italy to ramp up her Italian Tour business @italy_trvl ✈️ She found an apartment in Rome and returned to the US to pack up her life and move abroad. Just as she was going to the laundry room in her condo in Annapolis, MD to do laundry from that trip, she walked in and met the man of her dreams… Captain Chris!❤️ ��Chris was born to be a Captain and has been sailing ever since he was a young boy. There was no doubt that Chris was going to take Susan on the sailboat as their first date, and he did! A year later, the two were engaged and then married at Susan’s family hotel in Italy. ��Sailing was never on Susan’s radar before meeting Chris, and Italy was never on Chris’, however they have managed to embrace both quite happily! Susan continued to run the Italy tours until the Covid pandemic hit. After a year of no travel, Susan knew that people were still traveling domestically, and that Annapolis offers a glorious get-away and vacation spot. Why not share the love of Southerly with people coming to Annapolis? So, Seas the Bay Sailing was born!⛵️��Chris is from a small town in NC called Goldsboro and enjoys anything regarding boats. When he isn’t sailing, he loves to play tennis and grill🎾 Susan loves to travel the world and has lived as an expat in Italy and Mexico🇮🇹🇲🇽 she also enjoys yoga, playing golf, and just staying fit🧘♀️⛳️ Chris & Susan both love Italian and Hungarian foods and Susan is an excellent cook!
