Marina Maintenance Worker

We are looking to hire a reliable and passionate Marine tech to perform tasks such as bottom painting, assisting in hauling boats, and assisting with fiberglass and gelcoat repairs. You will be asked to learn on the job, remain flexible, and maintain a positive attitude. The ideal candidate does not necessarily need experience, we are willing to train passionate individuals!

Responsibilities

Ensure a clean work environment
Work diligently and maintain a high level of integrity
Collaborate with workers and other professionals during repairs
Work within job time constraints
Work between 8:00am-4:30pm Monday and Friday. (Could occasionally be weekends due to weather)
Skills

Able to use both hand, electrical, and air tools
Ability to read technical manuals and drawings
Proficient communication and interpersonal skills
Physical stamina and dexterity (This is a manual labor job)
****Wage Commensurate with Experience****

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
