The schooner, Liberté, is based on Spa Creek in Annapolis, Maryland. During the summer months, she's docked at the Clam Shack pier in Falmouth harbor in Cape Cod, Massachusetts and at the Chart House in Eastport, Annapolis. Captain Chris and Jane had this vessel built just for them. Custom built for sailing, comfort, and fun the Liberte is a grand experience for all. Our cruising grounds are some

We really enjoyed seeing the Brittania, and not because we're boat people. You could really get a sense of the royal family because it felt lived in. There are a lot of pictures, and many of the family ones have been signed. And the engine room is stunning!! (Okay, that's more of a boat girl thing.)

We're full-on getting the boat ready for sailing. After a long, arduous haul-out, the captain's jeans are on their "last legs". Good thing there's duct tape!!

This feels like turning the corner. The fine young men at Annapolis Harbor Boatyard putting the mizzen mast back in. We'll feel like a complete boat again!

So tomorrow is March 4th, when we "march forth" and get the boat ready. Looking for crew to clean, sand and varnish in the early spring, then crew/sail for May and June.

We had our first two charters in 18 months (bachelorette parties!) and it was fantastic! Tomorrow is a wedding for a really cute couple.
