My friends, here's where the money goes. In the sprit of transparency, Dr. Bronner's annual All-One Report includes this breakdown of last year's income and expenses. From this, you can see the following:

- ⁣In 2023, almost 40% of Dr. Bronner's revenue was spent sourcing the highest-quality organic & fair trade ingredients. Our customers deserve the best, and so do farmers, workers & our planet. ⁣⁣

- Nearly 25% of revenue was shared with employees — including a $25.93 starting wage for permanent workers, employer-paid health insurance, up to 10% of each employee's salary paid as an annual bonus, up to 10% of each employee's salary paid into a profit-sharing plan, and so much more.⁣⁣

- In the end, all revenue not needed for the business are donated to ACTIVISM — $5.7 million in 2023 alone went to drug policy reform, climate action, animal advocacy, and more. ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
How can we afford to do this? Because we have a 5-to-1 cap on executive salaries, meaning Dr. Bronner's executives can't make more than 5x that of the lowest-wage, fully-vested employees — a practice that was instituted more than two decades ago.⁣⁣
