Guest Spotlight: Two great riders this week visiting with family from Sacramento rode in the Arcata Forest with me this week. Not only here to visit the Redwoods but also check out the campus, we rode all over the forest and even into campus! What a great ride on a beautiful day. We were all ready for food and a break after our 2 hours of riding.
Guest Spotlight: A glimpse at our wonderful ride along Avenue of the Giants in this week with a family from Washington State. They have visited the redwoods, and return to a summer camp every year, for over 20+ years, and have made lasting connections with their camp community!
what a great lunch at Falafel love! We rode bikes from Eureka on the waterfront trail and cruised into king salmon for the best falafel and baba ghanoush in town! Check it out Thurs-Sun 12-6.

Guest Spotlight: The first request for 10 e-bike rentals fulfilled! A cool family visiting the redwoods wanted to explore Prairie Creek Redwood State Park by ebike and called me to make it happen. This was the largest rental to date! We want to prove to you that no group is too big for us. They explored the Newton B. Drury Parkway, saw The Big Tree (and lots of big trees), viewed elk in the Prairie, and made lasting memories.
Guest Spotlight: A wonderful group was visiting the redwoods and asked for 10 e-bikes to explore Prairie Creek State Park. It was an amazing experience renting the most e-bikes to date to one family! They rode to the Big Tree, viewed Elk in the prairie, and checked out some of the coolest spots along the Newton B. Drury Parkway. No group is too big for Wildtrail Tours!
Guest Spotlight: Another rad adventure in the Arcata Forest with a family visiting from Washington DC. We found banana slugs, red clintonia, checked out Jolly Giant Creek, and climbed into old growth tree stumps. It's summertime, you can live it up too!
Guest Spotlight: Went on an Arcata Forest ride with a great couple from Colorado. It was the first time riding off pavement for them, and they did great! We ate Sorrel, reveled on the beauty of the forest, and challenged ourselves. The feeling of accomplishment at the end of our ride was superb. Enjoy bike month!
Another great bike ride in the Arcata Community Forest with this family from Belgium. The kids did great and I tailored the tour to their experience so they were challenged but had fun. After living in San Francisco ten years ago, they couldn't wait to come back and show their kids the beauty of the redwoods! Can you spot 2 of them cruising through the forest in pic 4?
Sending off two guests looking for fat-tire bikes to ride on the beach called and we were able to get them riding on the same day. Off they go to enjoy our coast while passing through for a couple hours. Rent our Rad Power bikes hourly or daily and explore our beautiful beaches!
Guest Spotlight: A great start to the tour season with an awesome family from San Jose, CA. New to mountain biking, we took some green line single tracks and explored the beauty of the Arcata Redwood Forest. They enjoyed the ride and said they're definitely going to come back this summer for another ride!

Guest Spotlight: A bike ride in the rain may sound intimidating, but mix in some huge trees, verdant ferns, great guests & friends and you have yourself a great way to spend a morning! These two came from Dallas, Texas on a short getaway from the kids and did great, challenging themselves but also letting go and enjoying the ethereal Redwood forest. My favorite kind of people to ride with.
Guest Spotlight: Nick and Marie came up from the bay to explore the redwoods before moving across the country to the east coast. They invited their two friends from Naples, Italy to see this beautiful place for the first time and we hiked, biked, laughed, and snacked for three days. Climbing through fallen tree trunks, ebiking through redwoods, and talking about life and its relation to this ancient forest made this tour exceptional!
Guest Spotlight: Ciaran calls Ireland home but works all over Africa. While visiting, he booked 3 custom excursions with us over a week to get the full experience of Humboldt County mountain biking. Among others, we hit the new jump trail and peanut butter in the Arcata Forest and lapped the downhill only features in Sunnybrae tract. It was a great time riding one-on-one and sending some full suspension trails!
Guest spotlight: These two amazing people traveled from Puerto Vallarta to explore the redwoods and Humboldt County. We ebiked through the Arcata Community Forest and saw an inquisitive downy woodpecker, lots of banana slugs, a flush of HUGE shaggy mane mushrooms, and even had a wild harvest huckleberry snack! We not only saw amazing things, but also experienced feelings of spiritual connection to this mystical sanctuary.
Guest Spotlight: Bill was wealthy with amazing stories of climbing for years in Nepal, living in Australia and playing rugby, and starting the first Colorado mountaineering outfitter, taking guests up the 14k peaks! He came out from Colorado to visit his kids along the west coast. It was his birthday, and his wife lined up the tour because it was on his bucket list. Thanks for celebrating with us!

Guest spotlight: This past weekend a friend had his parents visiting from Virginia. They were all new to ebikes and decided to ride the Hammond trail. They all loved the electric assistance and did great!
