I travelled to all the other countries (except for two of them) with the International Organization for Migration to work with refugees prior to resettling in the USA, or for training African Union Peacekeepers before deployments.

Two of these countries were vacation destinations!

Enjoy Spring Break in Senegal! Join Vive on a French immersion, all-inclusive experience for French language educators. Spring Break trip dates are March 15-23, 2025 with a departure from JFK, and hopefully, direct flights (only around 8 hours). We offer you 1-1 and small group experiences with local artists (think Zeinixx), workshops (drumming & batik), school visits (in rural and urban settings) with time to observe classes and meet with teachers and students. We are pretty sure the trip will be transformational for you - professionally as well as personally. March is a lovely time of year to visit Senegal and gives you a chance to escape your winter. But, we know educators have a variety of Spring Breaks, February breaks, Easter Breaks, and more. If you want to see if we can accommodate YOUR break, please contact us and we can see what might be possible. We also have two Summer 2025 trips if these dates are better for you: Summer #1 June 22-July 3 and Summer #2 July 6 -17. We offer informational sessions for those who want to learn more at www.vivelexperience.com.
