WE ARE CRYING! 😭😭😭

We are so emotional to share this incredible announcement, and this will be the perfect news for all Disney lovers like us! The first-ever Walt Disney Audio-Animatronic is coming to Disneyland. YES, you read that correctly, an Audio-Animatronic of WALT DISNEY is coming to Disneyland Park in California! 🤯🏰

This Audio-Animatronic will be featured in a new show called “Walt Disney — A Magical Life.” This show will debut inside the Main Street Opera House in rotation with “Great Moments with Mr. Lincoln.” and will be the most anticipated Audio-Animatronic ever created! This was described as feeling as if you’re in the same place as Walt Disney, so we will definitely be at Disneyland to experience this! Who else is emotional thinking about this show?! 🥹❤️

IT’S LIKE CHRISTMAS IN JULY!!

If you have missed FastPass+ THIS announcement is for you! At Walt Disney World, this summer there will be changes to the Disney Genie+ service and individual Lightning Lane entry, including new ways to plan ahead. Beginning July 24th, Disney Genie+ service will become Lightning Lane Multi Pass, while Individual Lightning Lane will now be known as Lightning Lane Single Pass! 🎉🏰

These updates to Lightning Lane passes will help you:

🔹Make Lightning Lane plans BEFORE you arrive!
🔹Choose your experiences and times prior to purchasing, so you know what you’re getting!
🔹Book Lightning Lane passes for multiple vacation days, all in a single day!

When you purchase Lightning Lane Multi Pass, you may make up to THREE Lightning Lane selections in a theme park, in advance of your visit. You’ll also be able to choose available times as you make your selections. Lightning Lane Single Pass will work much like it does today, where you can secure a time to ride ONE of our most highly demanded attractions, but you’ll now be able to make your purchase and plan in advance! ⏰🙌🏻

Guests staying at a Disney Resort hotel and other select hotels will be able to plan Lightning Lane passes up to 7 days in advance, for their entire stay. All other guests can only plan up to 3 days in advance. These advance purchase windows will let guests secure some of their must-do rides and experiences! Guests may purchase a Lightning Lane Multi Pass, a Lightning Lane Single Pass or both. Lightning Lane passes will blend features from the current services and the previously offered FastPass+ service, giving guests the choice to plan ahead and removing the hassle of planning during their vacation! Happy Birthday Donald Duck!!!

Happy 90th Birthday, Donald Duck! 🥳

Today is a special day as we celebrate Donald Duck’s birthday! June 9th 1934 is his official birthday as that was the day his debut film, The Wise Little Hen, was released! Donald Duck is one of our favorite characters to meet because his personality is SO fun! 🙌🏼🥰

You and your family can see Donald Duck at all four of the theme parks at Walt Disney World, including his own special Character Meet and Greet at Mexico Pavilion in EPCOT! You can spot him during stage shows and parades throughout your park day, too! Our favorite way to interact with Donald is during Character Meals, such as during breakfast at Chef Mickey’s or Topolino’s Terrace! People are definitely going to be coming out to experience this brand new attraction coming to Magic Kingdom, and we are so excited to finally be able to share the news! “Tiana’s Bayou Adventure” will be officially opening on June 28th, 2024! 😱🎉

“Tiana’s Bayou Adventure” is inspired after the beloved Disney movie ‘The Princess and the Frog’. Come along as Princess Tiana leads guests through an expedition in the Bayou, along with a couple of our favorite characters Prince Naveen, Louis, and several new faces along the journey! The attraction story begins after the final kiss in the movie as Naveen and Louis join Tiana on her latest adventure, which is hosting a one-of-a-kind Mardi Gras celebration! During this celebration, some original music inspired by songs from the film will bring guests into the story in a new way! 👑🐸🎶

The Mardi Gras Float Ride and Dine Experience is something that you do not want to miss!

You have a choice between two restaurants. We chose Finnegan’s. It was a fantastic full course meal. Then we walked over to join the parade.

When you walk up they give you a group and that determines which float you are on. We were - as usual - a tad fiesty so they put us on the Fire Float. We walked to the back lot and loaded up on the float!

Then we tossed beads to everyone we could! This was by far probably one of my favorite things about Universal Studios! It was so fun watching the crowds faces as you toss them beads and they catch them!

The Mardi Gras Parade runs from January to the first week of April - a perfect Spring Break Experience!

Happy Earth Day, & Happy 26th Anniversary to Disney’s Animal Kingdom! 🌎🥳

On April 22nd, 1998 Animal Kingdom opened at Walt Disney World, and has been far more than only a theme park since! Animal Kingdom is our favorite park to go to when we want to relax, and have a fun-filled day! Animal Kingdom is the largest park at Walt Disney World, with over 500 acres across the park! There are so many incredible details to Animal Kingdom, especially on the famous Tree of Life- that actually isn’t a real tree! It’s a piece of art with exactly 325 animals carved into the Tree of Life, and it took artists 18 months to create the 145 feet tall Tree! 😱🌳

Not only is the Tree of Life impressive, but Animal Kingdom has broken several records! In fact, it is home to the most expensive roller coaster ever built, Expedition Everest- Legend of the Forbidden Mountain! Animal Kingdom also has a big role in The Disney Wildlife Conservation Fund, and with the fund there has been more than $6 million devoted to conservation efforts around the world! 🏔🙌🏼

Something interesting you may not notice at Animal Kingdom is that you will not find plastic straws, lids or balloons at the park, due to the safety of the animals! Animals are top priority at Animal Kingdom, and that is also why there is not a firework show at that park. Imagine having over 1,000 animals from over 250 different species of animals spooked from the loud noises- that would not be a fun experience for them. There is a projection show on The Tree of Life every night, though! 🦁🦍🦋

BABY ELEPHANT NEWS! 🐘

There is a new member of the Disney family, and this little cutie made her big debut today! Disney’s Animal Kingdom Savanna has a brand-new and completely adorable 312-pound resident! Corra, a two-month-old African elephant, is now able to be spotted during your next Walt Disney World vacation! 🥹🌳

Corra’s mother, Nadirah, was also born at Disney’s Animal Kingdom making Corra the first second-generation elephant in Animal Kingdom’s history. In fact, the animal care team has welcomed a range of endangered and threatened species to Walt Disney World including African elephants, Sumatran tigers, western lowland gorillas, adorable cotton-top tamarins and the elusive okapi to name just a few! 🥰🙌🏼
