🔱Trident Rhinelander HEG plant welcomed students from Blackwell Job Corps on Tuesday for a tour, hands-on welding activity, job shadowing, and a provided lunch.
Plant Manager, Joe Jaeger, split the students into two groups to allow more welding 1:1 time with our advisor, Shawn McLaughlin.

Each year the students bring us a Christmas wreath to hang in our front office to be enjoyed by all.
We are beyond grateful!

🔱On November 14th, Trident Maritime Systems was honored to participate in the US Navy Talent Pipeline Program 2024-2026 Enterprise + Flag Team Kickoff & Networking Conference in DC.

The morning was reserved for TPP Partner Orientation and Talent Acquisition/Retention Training Workshop. Which was followed by the Enterprise + Kickoff lead by Mr. Joe Barto, TMG, Inc Program Leader.

We had the honor of hearing from many guest speakers, including Command Master Chief Jeff Hiscocks, Team Submarines for the US Navy.

The Talent Pipeline Program supports US Navy increasing Defense Industrial Base employer demand to improve performance in hiring and retention systems, to strengthen our current workforce bench, and help meet the projected demand for future workforce and delivery of 1 Columbia and 2 Virginia class submarines, plus carriers and surface ships.

Trident was recognized as an Enterprise + employer on January 15, 2024.
May 2024, Amber Bricco (Trident Recruiter) accepted role of Trident's Network Coach serving coast to coast to support the Talent Pipeline Program and our data reporting system.
Joe Trapp (Manager of Direct and Temporary Labor) joined position of Flag Lead in September 2024, coast to coast.
Mark Waters (VP of HR TMS) continues to support as Trident's Flag Sponsor.
Importantly, TMS Executive support from Tom Eccles, CEO and Joe Mullen, COO.

August 18th, 2024 Trident affirmed commitment to the Submarine Industrial Base and we have been growing our network to support our locations in Philadelphia PA, Hampton VA, Rhinelander WI, Kingsford MI, Iron River MI, Norway MI, Ontonagon MI, High Bridge NJ, Fishersville VA, Baltimore MD, and San Diego CA. We have multiple other locations we plan to integrate into the Talent Pipeline Program sometime in our future state.

Trident will continue to show that this program extends far beyond filling open roles. The core of this program is to represent a strategic part in recentering the pursuit of skilled trade careers as noble lifetime commitments with unmatched purpose in our labor force.

🔱October 30th concluded HEG Trident's 2024 Leadership Development Program.
This group attended one session per month for 10 consecutive months. Each session had a different focus to highlight the skills needed for future success and to help support growth in leadership.

A special thank you to our HR Manager, Serena Louise Vera Johnson, for making LDP such a successful and fun opportunity!!👏

🔱 Trident Maritime Systems had an amazing day attending the Career Fair at the Accelerated Training in Defense Manufacturing (ATDM) in Danville, Virginia.
It was an incredible turnout with so many valuable connections made.

We had the opportunity to participate in a tour of the ATDM facility after the Career Fair. We are so thankful for the invite and beyond impressed! The facilities show just how much care and pride goes into this program and the student's success.
ATDM strives to prepare students and provide the tools needed for immediate transitions into their manufacturing career.

TMG, Inc Talent Pipeline Program was present to support us, many other local companies within our defense industry, and our future workforce.
TMG, Inc group graciously extended an invite to stay for lunch and a Talent Pipeline recap of current and upcoming events, along with accomplishments and networking opportunities.

An incredible day spent with a great people!
