Welcome to T.O.T.O. Vacation.

A couple of years ago I was booking our 21-day romp through Europe and kept hitting roadblocks with these online booking websites that promised ‘terrific pricing!’ but fell short of delivering what I really wanted, like a private bathroom. I literally was screaming at my phone, as I spent 2 hours trying to get a hold of someone to change a booking that advertised a private bathroom, only to find out private meant there was a door on the bathroom down the hall from our room. I ended up having to eat the cost of the first room and rebooked something else.

There had to be a better way.

So my wife and I started our own travel agency and we established 2 well defined goals for our company.
