We can see the light at the end of the tunnel. The stone around the fireplace is being set, the interior wood has been stained and we are finishing up the master bath. A few more weeks and everything should be buttoned up just in time for the holidays.

The neighbor came by to ask for help because her dog, a great Pyrenees ironically named "Bear", treed a black bear and wouldn't come home. His age was catching up with him, and getting back up the mountain on his own was challenging. We provided the support he needed to make his way back up the mountain and an avenue for the bear to return to his family.

We're back with another exciting update on our new construction build, and things are really taking shape. The intricate art of timber frame notching involves carefully shaping the wood to create secure and visually appealing joints. It's truly a labor of love, and we couldn't be happier with the results so far. The ornate hammer beams on the back porch will be installed next.

Good news, everyone! We're thrilled to announce that the loft and roof trusses are now installed, and it's looking fantastic. The next stage is installation of the handrails, electrical, HVAC, and insulation.
