Took a quick Monday stroll through gardens. It’s the perfect time of year to see the thousands of tulips blooming and to soak in the warm sunshine, all while walking their grounds. If you’re a local, a seasons pass gives you the perfect opportunity to come and go as much as you please. They have over 22 miles of scenic trails where you can walk or cycle, plus access to the estate, and incredible discounts on their activities and dining. Their family friendly, and that also includes your pups!

We will be hitting the trails at the The North Carolina Arboretum], where they have some incredible family friendly trails.

The arboretum offers over 434 acres of public gardens located within the Bent Creek Experimental Forest of the Pisgah National Forest, just south of downtown Asheville. If you’re looking to connect with nature, this is the place!

Household memberships for the year are 50 dollars, and this includes parking, 65 acres of cultivated gardens, more than 10 miles of hiking and biking trails and a constant changing lineup of stunning indoor and outdoor exhibits!

Winter Lights 2022 runs from November 18 through December 31. It is a spectacular open-air walk-through light show made from over one million lights. Tickets are now available online! Grab them while they’re still available!
