Job Description:

This position is responsible for answering incoming calls from club members. Agents answer questions from club members and assist in fulfilling their travel needs. RSI Vacations expects agents to always find the lowest fare, overcoming objections, and utilizing other sales techniques as appropriate to obtain every possible booking. RSI Vacations expects agents to meet a minimum transaction of twenty bookings on a weekly basis. Reservation agents also assist in cancelling or modifying existing reservations or update a club member’s contact information.
