Ashford Villa just hosted 2 men's foursomes for a 4 day / 3 night golf event. Weather was awesome and the courses were in great condition - Holiday Valley, Elkdale Country Club, Cardinal Hills Country Club and Concord Crest. An enjoyable time was had by all.

Ashford Villa is ready for summer fun! Kitchen is remodeled, deck is setup with furniture and gas grill, pond and sand beach is set for castle building, swimming and "catch-and-release" fishing, volleyball net is up, campfire pit is ready, blueberry bushes are pruned and weeded, and the fruit trees are starting to bud. Time to relax and enjoy!

Kitchen remodel (Phase 1) completed: new glass stovetop range, fridge, sink and faucet, and countertops. A few new cabinets were added and others modified. Fresh coat of paint on the walls. Looks awesome!!!

The month long project to add french drains and to improve water flow across the property is finally complete. 1400 feet trenched, 1000 feet of schedule 30 perforated piping (mostly 6 inch), 112 tons of #2 washed stone, two dozen rolls of fabric and many exhausting days for the hard working crews. Thanks to everyone for improving the Villa.

The 1st Annual Blueberry Extravaganza was a HUGH success! 2 weeks of excitement and fun!
Two family reunions and visits by friends.

Blueberry picking, great food, board games, puzzles, swimming, fishing, paddle boat, volleyball, campfire, s'mores and more....

A grass volleyball court and equipment is now available at Ashford Villa for recreational play and enjoyment of our guests.

Only a few of the many fish for part 1 of stocking the pond for catch and release fishing-- Grass carp, catfish, minnows and a few trout. Part 2 with perch and bass arriving in June.

Now that the winter weather has broken, work has finally begun to upgrade the pond at the Ashford Villa property. Excavation of the overgrown vegetation and the future sand beach area are complete. More to come......
