5 Bedroom 2 Bath Sleeps 8: Year round lake home with 4+ acres of land on beautiful Squam Lakes with over 150' of frontage on the south side of Little Squam. The house is privately situated back from the water 500' with a beautiful view of the lake and beach through large trees. Walk down through giant trees on your well maintained path to the large sandy beach gently sloping into the water. There

is a grill and picnic tables by the hot tub at the water. WiFi is available both inside the house and at the beach. At the house there is a giant sun porch with beautiful views and lots of privacy. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a 2nd gas grill next to the kitchen. An enclosed outside shower is perfect for looking at the sky when rinsing off from the beach. Of course there are also two bathrooms inside the house with tub and showers. The living room has comfortable seating for guests with a wrap around couch and reclining chairs. There is a big fireplace and plenty of dry firewood with an 80" HD TV beside it. The TV has Surround Sound, Cable, Chromecast and DVD player to make for a great movie night with a fire. Early ice skating requires caution, testing and safety equipment. The lake froze early this year making for some fantastic skating. Always avoid near the channels at both ends of the lake, stream entrances and boat house circulator areas. On December 27, 2018 there was about 6" of ice out there. Ice skating on frozen lakes is always at your own risk. Safety equipment such as ice claws, life jackets, test poles and a throw rope are available and reduce risk.
