🐾Meet our August Pathfinder: Richard "Sonny" Martin 🐾
Martin has proudly served the Ashland community in various capacities for over 50 years, but his path began at the Ashland Center of the University of Kentucky, which would later become Ashland Community College, and eventually Ashland Community & Technical College.
“My time at the college was the best academic period of my educational experience,” said Martin. “The faculty was, and still is, of the highest quality, and was most concerned for my welfare of any of the schools that I attended.”
“At the most pivotal point in my life, ACTC provided me a path toward a successful career. It reinforced my efforts to continue toward achievable goals,” he said. “The community and technical college is, without debate, the best deal in higher education.”
